Effective Tweet
How to tweet like a pro
#Hashtags
Twitter's way of finding a needle in a hay stack.
Don't invent #hashtags. Join existing ones!
#hashtags represent topical conversations. To increase the exposure of your tweet to other interested users beyond your followers, join-in on existing conversations rather than starting new ones.
Try on Twitter#CoViD·19/#SARS·CoV·2/#Corona·V: neuer #Verbreitungsweg?

Remain topically focused!
Pinpoint your topical focus! Twitter recommends using no more than
2 hashtags per tweet. Avoid over-cluttering your tweet with multiple hashtags.
The news is acting like they don't know why there's a spike in #Covid/ well maybe it's #spreading because some of the 490,000 #motorcyclists who attended #Sturgis2020 without #masks returned home to their states and are not in #Quarantine / that's just #Smollett I meant #bullshit

Don't stack #hashtags. Weave them in!
Attention span on Twitter is very short. Tweets with #hashtag piles are difficult to process in a glance. Avoid incomprehensible hashtag blocks. Weave hashtags into your sentences.

@Mentions
Harness the power of conversations.
Solicit attention!
When addressing a person or an institution, @mention their username in your tweet. Their attention (reply, retweet) will carry your tweet from your followers to theirs.
"Thank you for flying @SpaceX" - we need this on a shirt, right? Make it happen @elonmusk !!!

Dont stack!
Although allowed by Twitter, the practice of "stacking" mentions is considered spammy behavior and may lead to being blocked or reported. It is recommended to mention not more than 2-3 @usernames in a Tweet.

visuals
Research conducted by Twitter data scientists over millions of tweets concludes: tweets with visuals receive 28%-35% more engagement than text-only tweets!
According to research, emotional images attract immediate attention!
Last 3 millennia #Jerusalem was attacked 52 times, conquered 44 times, besieged 23 times and destroyed twice, yet only ONE people ever made it their capital! 1ˢᵗ was #Jewish King David in 1000BCE, then his people 3K years later in 1948 with rebirth of #Israel🇮🇱.
